If you choose "Send on WhatsApp instead" or any other WhatsApp link on this site, the message details you entered are passed to WhatsApp, a Meta service, to prefill a chat. This website does not send the message for you: you review it in WhatsApp and decide whether to send it.

Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email are handled by those services under their own terms. We keep the conversation only as long as needed to work with you.

Storage and retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and any period required by law.
